About Our Kitchen
Plans & Pricing
All plans & prices are for a maximum of two occupants per plan.
If you are requiring more than two occupants for your business, contact us so that we can discuss your needs!
Commissary Agreement
$750 - 6 Months
$1400 - 12 Months
Includes access to drain waste water and fill clean water one time per calendar month plus one hour of kitchen and/or sink use.
Additional use is billed at
$40/hour
Perfect for food truck/carts who are just starting out or need minimal commissary use. As you grow, you can stick with this plan or upgrade to an hourly plan.
We provide the Health Department required Commissary Agreement Letter and Location For Live Inspections
One Time Hourly Use
$150 Base Charge
$35/Hour (Minimum 2 Hours)
Needing kitchen space for a special event or catering gig? Select this plan!
Your first hour of use is included in the $150 base charge. From there, you pay only for the hours that you use in our kitchen.
Requirements
Food Handlers Permit and/or ServSafe
$1M Liability Coverage with proof of our kitchen as an additional insured. We require a copy of your COI prior to use!
$150 refundable deposit, refunded on the same day as your kitchen use.

All businesses must provide copy of owner ID, sales tax license, current health license, servsafe license, & $1M general business liability with our kitchen listed as an additinal insured.

Business debit/credit card on file with pre-authorization for monthly charges.

$50 Application Fee plus background check for all business owners on file (+$25 each after two)
Monthly Use - All Plans Carry $300 Base Charge
1-10 Hours Per Month $35/Hour
11-20 Hours Per Month $30/Hour
21-30 Hours Per Month $25/Hour
31-40 Hours Per Month $20/Hour
41-50+ Hours Per Month $18/Hour
*if you are an hourly customer, your monthly total will never exceed our $1500 unlimited use package if you accumulate multiple hours on busy months*

Use 12 hours in one month
$300 base + 12 hours ($30/hr) = $660 Charge

Storage is not included in this plan. You are welcome to use our walk in cooler during prep however all items must be taken prior to exiting for the day.

Payments

All agreements carry a 3% fee for cleaning chemicals & general maintenance

Payment is due in full no later than 3 days after your agreement start date.

Late payments will result in a 10% late charge after the 3 day period.

Agreements paid in full for 6-months will be discounted by 10%

We have space available for food trucks to set up at our 301 Main Street, 80911 location for breakfast, lunch, and dinner sales. You MUST BE a commissary kitchen customer to access parking areas to run your food operation out of.
Affordable rates are available to make this your one stop shop for commissary use and food truck parking! Daily and Monthly rates are available and we feature your business on our social media pages and website calendar!
